🔸Analysis: Good day traders. We all know things can get tricky trading sometimes, that's to say the least. Today we will keep it sticky technical, to remind our selves how great work on charting will produce great results.
What we have drawn up here is a standard pitchfork channel. The business of laying out lines on a chart seems so simple, and it really is. To us who have been charting and trading for a few years, it becomes almost instinct, but getting them wrong, or mistaking how price could engage with them can bust you strategies.

This channel has the 0.618 division in it, happens to plot out a very neat buy zone, since start of Feb. We will trade this channel from here on out. This can give up clear direction on the true trend in the market, which is still bullish. The negative values lately are only expected, and just as good a time to make money.

Unbelievable price action on our predicted level. A good bounce on the 4h time frame, rounding out nicely with the close on our trend line . Stop @ -2.5% was perfectly effective, and the position is in the clear with ±35% profit. Expecting some resistance at the $50k level. Obvious physiological and also see some trend line confluence there.

Plotting those white lines from the peak to gauge the timing on the breakouts. The price must test each of those breakout points to confirm overall bullish trend on the asset. Especially so after new all time high and biggest dump since. We are not overly concerned with aggressive stops in these zones though, because of the confidence in our Pitchfork channel for the time being. Confidence re assured by today's engagement with the lines.

Those figures tell me a little about the way things have been distributed. I also see about ±67% still locked up primary wallet. Good enough odds to start buying in at support level on this one.

It can blow the lid off after piercing through the white line and with suffecient volume, it can take out the highs in a single daily candle. This scenario could even extend over 2-3 candles which would be healthier.
