$ADA / USDT Long

Cardano has held on to key support levels well. Right now sitting on the 21 EMA and having significant support from the 50/100 EMA. Another key 4h support is the 200 MA (black line). I concur these levels can give the much needed acceleration towards TP1.

TP1 is a strong historic support now turned resistance as well as the 0.618 fib level. I do not expect it to fly through in the first attempt. Price doesn't move in a single line so patiently wait it out.

As expected, the price ran up towards the first target yesterday and took a sharp deflection. We anticipated this. Look at the pin point accuracy of the TP1. Nicked and backdown.

Perfection.

People can re enter this trade close to entry considering the strong support from moving averages holding tight.

Many moving parts in this so lets break it down.

21 Weekly EMA (White)
My most trusted piece, the weekly EMA hasn't been tested for quite some time now. In a healthy correction, I expect us to test this level.

Coloured Blocks
Red indicated historic resistance and green is a support level we recently tested. My initial idea was an attempt to break this block and falling towards the 21 EMA but we are facing a strong daily 50 here. So we could start tumbling if the current levels don't hold.

VPR Fixed range shows we had maximum activity near the blocks as expected.

Okay. We have a problem here. The front runners. The price missed our the given entry by cents because of frontrunners and moved up swiftly. It's either my analysis was pin point accurate or the volume this channel generates is massive.

A very interesting token considering the industrial importance it has shown. IBM is building on it and large institutions look towards XLM as an alternative to quick payments which Ripple was meant to offer.
