In general, I am waiting for BTC to choose its direction for the next weeks to come.
During past few months I never traded macro setups (longer periods, like the ones below , 4h bars) as volatility increased tremendously compared to previous periods. I tend to like low timeframe micro setups better nowadays but it may change in the future.
Nevertheless, I will setup OCO (one cancels other) orders to catch whatever btc decides to do, or when I will spot a micro setup on 15m, 30m, 1h..
In between its basically a grinding zone, not good for low timeframe traders as wicks will most likely get you rekt eventually.

No trigger on the short! Our marksman was on point with the breakout short entry. The market had some wild reactions to the push bellow $10 000, what can you expect. Huge psychological support level, although we all feel it must truely fall at least once more before Bitcoin never looks back at this insignificant price range.
It remains to be seen, whether or not, this wild bullish pump will set some higher lows. This could just be one more leg in the ever-larger Marco flat falling wedge from the high close at $13k. If so we are looking at a local top of about $11.5k before looking to short from the top side.
That rising trend line tapped and rejected by the pump just happens to be the underside of the trendline from down under. Making contact at 4k, 5k & 9.3k which formed a symmetrical triangle formation which has now been broken. Pretty strong sell signal there.
It'll take a fair bit of volume to keep the flat falling wedge in play 💸
