CHINESE COURT RULES IN FAVOUR OF BITCOIN 🇨🇳

The story starts when an investor bought 2.6 bitcoin in 2013 and was in the custody of the seller. The seller closed the business without any notice nor delivering Bitcoin to the buyer. The buyer opened a lawsuit against this merchant.

This is the first property dispute case that has ruled in favour of Bitcoin and it sets a very interesting precedent. The court assigned the attribute "virtual property" to Bitcoin, and recognised it as virtual property with intrinsic value.

The big publications will have this nicely translated for us in a few hours, but this could no doubt be the reason for the miraculous pump!
