Please upgrade to v4.1.5 release that fixes consensus view change under extreme loads.

The consensus is now recovered on shard 0 and shard 3.

https://github.com/harmony-one/harmony/releases/tag/v4.2.1 is now the latest official harmony release. It's a mandatory update required by all validator node to ensure a smooth transition with a new fork code logic happening at epoch 689 (estimated on the week of 13th September with a 3.5s block time). Please upgrade your node before that week. Detailed updates are in the github release page.

@node-operators we are looking at doing a schedule restart of all the nodes in shard 0. For anyone who is available, would appreciate to perform a restart at 6:30PM UTC Time (in 7min for the first attempt)
