This is a humble request to group members
- Don't ask me opinions on working officers on the field ..inke Baare me kya opinion hai...ye kaise lagte
Mera goal apna hai for these services to do atleast something good before leaving this world . I am neither in any position to comment on work by other nor I should . Sab Apne hisaab se kaam Kar rahe and everyone has their own perspective which we don't know.
So we must not , even in our life generally form opinions for others.
Rather we should work on making our lives more meaningful for us and for others.
Atleast this is what the letter which my brother sent on my bday tries to explain me and that I will follow throughout
And secondly
There are many many videos which we made like mains writing and many other things which are all available on hardworking human channel .
Aap aaram se ek baar dekhein usko ..what to do with beginners ..and it's true for RBI and UPSC
We must first do some searching and try to decipher low hanging fruits ourselves .
Believe me those of you who would come to training here would then understand it's like a MBA course. So fast paced and so many things happening...that individual replies and ye sab Ka time hi Nahi Milta yahan Yaar
Hence aap apna mehnat kijiye ...dusre kya Kar rahe leave it for now..Mai yahan apna mehnat jari rakhta hun
Right time pe right intervention karunga group me ...
May be when I find a time in future by next week 3 aur months ke current affairs share Kar dunga
Aap sabne itna pyar Diya hai to Mera bhi itna farz to banya hai

I will write 2 posts today .
Post 1: Yday we had our duties in the mahatyohar of our country. We here got a chance to play our part and learn a lot about the election process and what I saw in the booth I was , left me with loads of positivity and responsibility towards people .
A 80+ year old person came to caste his vote with so much excitement and he was just saying one thing - Mai vote deke jaunga, Mera vote Mera desh
The excitement and the enthusiasm left me teary eyed and was kind of a Swadesh moment. I had goosebumps seeing so many old voters as well as 19 year old coming together , having their expectations and waiting patiently for their turn.
Bhaarat ke log bahut cooperative hote Hain except for just very few odd ones who try to create ruckus unnecessarily.
Please aap koshish krein sambhav ho to vote dein and Khushi se..
Thanks

Post 2: I will teach for RBI/ UPSC again for pre at the right time may be once twice this month again and then in may post completion of our exam here
I taught for 4 continuous years for placements to IIT Kanpur juniors post joining the firm .
The reason is two fold
- It helps some of you and really helps some of you
- I enjoy and love teaching and sharing things to make things simple , whatever I know
I will take on CA magazines as well PT 365 modules and also for RBI (500 Q again), however currently our course is very very hectic and we have to submit a lot of assignment , homework and there is lot to learn from courses and many things happening in the Academy.
Since being a sincere student , I always try to study and give my full effort in academics here also, so not able to currently help you guys.
So keep preparing and I will intervene at the right time
Keep preparing properly and keep clearing your self doubts , then you will be able to clear exams .
This message today by one of you again shows that self belief , self trust and following the process can help you achieve your goals
And yes now slowly I have learnt to ignore people who hate good things . They never matter in the long run of your life and when one looks back you always remember people who made you a better person :)
Dear Manishji,
Namaskar!!!
I have been trying to frame my heartfelt message to you but I just couldn’t. But shayad Abhi nahi kiya toh phir hamesha ke liye der ho jayegi. I had unfortunately failed in my upsc 2018 prelims attempt and was little lost in assembling courage to start again. I needed a break, or some medium to channelise my energy. Luckily next day, RBI Notification came up. I then decided to give heart and soul in coming 45 days and started getting my resources. With Facebook/YouTube I watched one of your videos and the kind of humbleness and spark you reflected, made sure that anyone can clear exam in short span of time. I followed my gut, believed in your videos and limited my resources, and gave myself completely to the process. And I would like you to know that I made it into the final list of grade b officers.
Manishji, you are an inspiration, keep blossoming and keep doing the humane work you have dreamt of.
Immensely thankful.
Take care and shine brightest, my best wishes for your life.
--------
Aap bhi nikaal sakte ho , bas effort daalna padega..baaki to kaynat koshish sachhi hui to Aapka nikalwa hi Degi..this is the core msg I want you all to take away
Keep preparing
Be focussed
And be positive

There are few key drivers of my personality .
Reading , Learning , Teaching , Being with kids , Family and Running
celebrating 1 year of UPSC interview day ( a day which made me cry and laugh both)
A day I went without any mocks to prove to myself and world that if you trust your god, you don't need to pay the institutes and coaching centres for performing
And the best way to celebrate it was by doing what I did when I used to feel low while at work - go and run ... Just run and run and introspect ..push myself !
I remember I used to run at 12:30 in the night in the nirlon gym after 14-15 hours on many days just to make sure I forget the negativity of these 14-15 hours and go and study for atleast an hour and then come fresh to office again next day for same work
The only thing that kept me going was the smile and calmness on my mummy's face when I used to go back home and she would be sleeping.
Those were the days when I knew ek din I would prove that all the pain of my parents won't go in vain.
So I still run and think about those days and think about how in a gentle way I have to shake the world around me in coming times
I promised to break my record and this gives me immense satisfaction that I still run and keep pushing myself . This is what life has taught to me .
16 km continuously in 81.4 min ...21 km in 110 min now seems feasible . Last time I posted it was 21 km in 130 odd minute
Looking back it has been amazing 1 year with many of you and keep remembering
Apna time aayega
Tune agar Kiya mehnat thik se
To tu exam me jeet jayega
Koi tujhe naa rok payega
Jab
Apna time aayega
Ps: I am not a party lover. The way I celebrate is by doing I love in life and not what others love - running, visiting temples, teaching . Aapki jindagi hai, Jo aapko Sahi lage aap kariye..Jo dusre Kar rahe wo Nahi

An emotional day for me - 1 year of announcements of results of Upsc
* A personal post *
Most of you are aware about how she used to allow me to make videos for RBI or even UPSC or for placements for IIT late in the night ....All the PURA series last year after I used to come back from office .we had a house of only 1 BHK in Mumbai and she would go to sleep in verandah on the floor so that I can read , I can prepare , I can teach and then post making the videos and teaching , I used to go and sleep with her only :) if she was not there , nothing would have been possible, this group, or Upsc, RBI , CFA nothing !
We faced a lot of hardships and she suffered with lot of diseases due to her low immunity post treatment . However I have never seen anyone working as hard as she used to do ...
And this is true for all our mothers ...kyunki maa maa Hoti hai...we tend to take them for granted many a times however she never becomes angry on us..
Bas yahi fark hai..Jo shayad hamesha maa ko bahut bahut bahut bahut special banata hai !!
Original post :
Everyday i derive all my strength from you :) धागा ये टूटे ना ये धागा , वर्षों की यादों का ये धागा ।
धागा ये टूटे ना ये धागा, मीठे से वादों का ये धागा ।
To my inspiration of my life ! To all the difficult times of our life , we never ceased to smile and enjoy it :)
The first hardworking honest human of my life :)

Hi All,
We all think of ideas many a times or read some great innovative solutions.
Interested people may help. If there is any issue to be resolved in the surrounding and you would have thought of /know about innovative ways to solve that issue, kindly message me on FB / you can comment on fb on CSE 2018 new approach/ RBI target 2018 group/ YouTube (hardworking human channel)on any of the videos . We have an assignment on similar lines and was looking to know more about it .
Thanks

I have four-five problems which I have been thinking for a long period having some solutions however yet to figure out the best ones
- Silent Airports : Many of the airports are silent airport. I met an old couple about a year back at Delhi airport I guess and they were traveling for the first time. Such big airports create a lot of anxiety and that too when they don't announce. They were waiting at a wrong gate for long before fortunately they asked me and went to the right one. Similarly if someone goes to washroom and may be there is a change in the Gate number and considering we have to travel now a days a lot for getting to the right gate at many airports , how do we deal with it
- Platform Ticket : Many of us have a good habit of buying the platform tickets but not all sadly. That too gets compounded by the fact that the nudge to buy ticket not comes from within as a duty rather to avoid punishment most of the times. Large lines sometimes on the ticket counter creates an extra disincentive. Ticket vending machines like ones for Mumbai local can be installed however if again the core issue that many people don't take platform tickets remain an issue
- Tatkal Ticket and Counters
I had to travel once from Ranchi to Mumbai , went 2 hours before to the Hatia station , kept waiting for the clock and was still 3rd in the line . And when it came to ticketing , got the 2nd waiting list . The two persons who were booking Tatkal ahead of me were travelling to places where there were a lot of Tatkal tickets available. So they both got and would have got had they been behind me however I missed out. All the anxiety and hope turned into frustration . The travel cost of 50 rs and the 3.5 hours of travel + waiting became a sunk cost !
Why can't we have more counters of railways across the cities , atleast bigger cities to start with and zonal counters like travelling to eastern zone, western zone or atleast zonal wise counter ?
- Seamless Travel - A friend of mine used to commute via all three means of transportation - Auto/ bus and train local to reach to her office and her salary was not that great to afford ola/Uber pool everyday . But a lot of time was spent in getting passes and tickets separately, waiting for the auto at station.
And these times doesnot affect till everything is right however can we make these transitions seamless
Waiting in train - Waiting list as a concept is really painful and creates a lot of anxiety. Is there any way in which railways can say - if we have a final waiting list of more than the size of a coach , you can travel , all you need to do is you will be given an option at the time of ticket booking itself that are you willing to travel - and would be charged 10-20% extra of Tatkal price at the end. Key is people want to travel hence they booked the ticket at the first place. How far is it logistically and economically feasible
These ideas have led to concrete solutions in some cases and some I am still trying to figure out. If you can think of good enough solutions, you are most welcomed to comment / msg me on fb
Thanks
Manish
