In our office today my junior today went to peruse higher studies in IIM Calcutta

The things he gave me at the end of his 11 month of stay in DB touched my heart ❤️

So this is my take why I am telling these

Creating honest hardworking humane ecosystem is tough not impossible

When other people in office chill out, you take the extra pain to make sure grads in your firm understand and learn concepts, new interesting technical analysis and appreciates finance.. It's tough however not impossible to put that extra effort!!

Then only when they leave, they make it more memorable to you :)

Keep that extra pain in life.. Trust me the goodwill is much much more exciting and brings more happiness than any money 😊😊
