At least five attacks at electricity substations in the Pacific Northwest have been reported to the FBI in recent weeks.

The incidents came to light via a federal memo following a deliberate attack last week in Moore County, North Carolina, that left tens of thousands of people without power for days as seasonal temperatures fall.

Elite Overproduction: This is certainly a factor exacerbating an already existing tendency toward equality. A lot of young educated people that are struggling financially are much more open to Marxist propaganda, so they unwittingly end up becoming social justice types as part of a revenge-impulse against a society that they believe failed them, since they’re struggling financially despite having jumped though all the hoops that society and their parents told them to jump through. In other words, they end up unwittingly fighting for “oppressed minorities” because they feel oppressed too, and joining this coalition of the oppressed is their opportunity for revenge against the “evil white supremacist system” that didn’t give them a good position after college and an arduous, demoralizing job search.

Perhaps they feel that if they can help blacks get reparations, their own reparations will be around the corner.

I’m starting to think one of the main reasons why Americans have become so fat is due largely to modern seed/vegetable oils replacing traditional ingredients like lard and butter. The overconsumption of seed/vegetable oils kicked off after scientific research in the 1950s led to campaigns that convinced boomers that saturated fat — from traditional ingredients like butter and lard — were exceptionally bad for their heart — which we’re now learning wasn’t really true. Nowadays, it’s difficult to go into a grocery store and even find bread that doesn’t have some seed/vegetable oil in it. This why learning how to cook and bake is important, I bake my own bread.

The mistake that people made was blindly trusting science™ over tradition when it came to our nutrition and health. Traditional ingredients have a track record spanning the dawn of cooking, whereas these modern seed/vegetable oils being consumed all the time is something completely unprecedented.

I’m not saying all vegetable oils are bad: olive oil is a traditional vegetable oil that is healthy, however olive oil is one of the most counterfeited foods on the market. Unscrupulous food producers are taking canola oil (an unhealthy seed oil) and dying it green to sell as olive oil — sometimes they blend it with real olive oil for taste — so you have to make sure you’re buying real olive oil from a reputable manufacturer. Also, make sure your olive oil comes in a dark glass bottle — plastic bottles are a dead giveaway that your olive oil is probably counterfeit.
