Shiloh Hendrix has been found guilty of one of the two counts of Disorderly Conduct against the foreign man who went out of his way to follow and film her and her child.

Iโm no lawyer, but I think itโs the person that was filming and harassing Shiloh Hendrix that should be charged with disorderly conduct, not Shiloh.
