A great book. Highly underrated. William Gayley Simpson predicted and wrote about many of the problems we are facing today before the 1970s, and even earlier, during the 40s and 30s. I don’t agree with everything in this book, which is a collection of his thoughts over the years, but he was generally right — as if he had a crystal ball. I’m posting this here because I am currently trying to reread this book, along other books I’m trying to finish.

I’m definitely seeing an uptick in dog whistles from the gun community. You should pay attention to the gun community, as there’s an “intersectionality” between all these seemingly disparate movements within the right.

As far as I understand, the only real democracy is direct democracy, anything less isn’t really democracy.

So it would follow that there’s really only one country in the West that is actually Democratic: Switzerland.

It seems like everything that’s important to talk about is seemingly verboten or dodgy: whether that be racial Nationalism, the Jewish Question, gun rights for White men, or even questioning the veracity of the whole covid-19 narrative. Thanks. For every American recommend the book 'Civil War Two The Coming Breakup of America', written in 1996 by Thomas Chittum, a former rifleman and military analyst who served in Rhodesia. Much of what he has written has already come into fruition (racial tension, attacks against police, unlimited migration...). He basically makes the point that the US will be fragmenting along racial lines. "Learn why America is headed for trouble, how this deadly war - already in its infancy - is shaping up, and what you can do to protect yourself and your family."

Sometimes I jokingly wish I could go to some safe white collar prison where I would have more tranquility and free time to focus on books and lifting weights without having to worry about all the ordinary responsibilities that zap away the majority of our time, energy and peace.
