When someone accuses you of “racism”, the worst thing you can do is buy into the whole paradigm by taking a yes or no position. What we should all be doing is immediately saying it’s a bogus paradigm based on false presuppositions, and that it was made up exclusively to shame Whites.

To destroy anti-racism, you have to deconstruct “racism” and expose it as the false paradigm that it is.

When you say “yes, I’m a racist!” You are giving oxygen to the false paradigm that depicts Whites as irrationally hating certain types of people just because of skin color — hating for no real reason but hate.

The anti-racists want you to admit you are a “racist” because it confirms their delusional paradigm that “racism” is real, and thus a real problem that must be eradicated; like puritans eradicating heretics. Owning the term “racism” doesn’t take the wind out of their sails, it does the very opposite! It gives their bullshit fuel.

People will cite this as an example of the USA no longer having freedom of speech via the First Amendment, and while I would almost agree, it’s not over until it’s over — this woman can sue the state for violating her First Amendment protected right to freedom of speech — and that is only possible because of the First Amendment. And this case could end up in the Supreme Court, which will find this arrest and sentence to be illegal as fuck.

Being arrested isn’t the end; cops can almost arrest you for any reason, but whether that arrest is ultimately legal or not is decided later, based on past cases and adherence to the Bill of Rights. That’s why the Supreme Court exists.

The First Amendment comes into play after you’ve been arrested, when your case is before a judge. If that judge fails to uphold the constitution, it can end up going to the Supreme Court. That’s how the Bill of Rights exerts its power.

Usually, the people that get arrested for shouting n1gg3r in public are not officially being arrested for what they’re saying, but rather for violating a noise ordinance or for “harassment.” Thats how the state/police try to get around the First Amendment protection. If she published a book saying n1gg3r a million times, she wouldn’t see a day in jail.

The real reason why Sora isn’t popular enough to keep alive is because of how censored it is. AI video generation just isn’t so compelling or useful when you’re not allowed to make videos about anything controversial or outside of what an SJW would deem to be “politically correct.” 90% of the time when I tried to make videos with Sora 2, I kept getting “content violations” — that’s what happens when the AI deems your prompts to be offensive.

Most of the videos that I now see on Sora 2 are just about how sensitive the AI censorship is.

It amazes me that there are White men out there that think they can have a fair, gentlemanly fistfight with the men of other races to settle disputes, the way that working class White men used to among other White men. Reality: you will be sucker punched, curb stomped until your face is broken beyond repair, ganged up on, and possibly even shot/stabbed. And everything on you will be stolen as you grasp for life while your unconscious body is spitting up teeth and blood from internal organs that were damaged.

Stop projected high trust White behavior onto non-Whites. They’re savages that will go all the way. They won’t honor your wish for a fair, gentlemanly fist fight that stops when blood is drawn. They would rather scalp you.

If a non threatens you with any kind of physical violence, even a slap to the face, assume your life is in danger and act accordingly.

This also applies to self-defense against White anti-racists and Antifa types. They don’t deserve a fair fight, and they never honor such a thing. Their goal is actually harm you, and even kill you.

I’ve even seen some White people go too far against other Whites in a “fist fight.” We don’t live in the gentlemanly high trust society that we used to.

Seems like saying "n1gger" wasn't the only reason for her arrest. Possibly not a reason at all.

The American legal system does have serious flaws in certain other regards, but your First Amendment is to be envied.
