While I don’t actually disagree, these people are now doing the pivot to act as if there was no coercion whatsoever and that people were not threatened, bullied, harassed and intimidated into taking the covid shot. Bullshit. Just because they didn’t force the injections into everyone’s arms at gunpoint does not in any way absolve them of guilt or responsibility.

I don’t get all the hype surrounding that new game Starfield. The graphics look nice but otherwise the combat and most of the gameplay looks pretty generic, like console game stuff. Plus I heard a lot of NPCs are BIPOCs. Yeah, I’m not giving Bethesda my money this time.

Gameplay wise, most triple A video games that are shooters are either COD or Halo clones. The best games to play are rarely triple A titles from big developers like Bethesda. It’s almost a rule that the bigger the game developer is, the more likely the gameplay from their games will be generic crap.

One big reason why a lot of modern triple A games are generic crap is because they’re primarily made for the console gaming market, because most gamers are still console peasants. The problem with console gaming is that players are still using video game controllers, which puts huge constraints on the gameplay itself — for example, imagine if Escape From Tarkov was on a console, and online you had to play it against PC players, it wouldn’t work without aim assist.

The other problem with the console market’s influence on game development is that among console gamers you have more casuals with and people with lower IQs that just want their gaming experience to be an interactive movie, so the big developers like Bethesda know that they can really cash in by just appealing to the lowest common denominator in the biggest market, the console market. They don’t have to raise the bar or make games with newer, more interesting and complex gameplay when they can just clone gameplay from existing games like Halo, No Man’s Sky, add some bells and whistles like ship customization, better graphics and a different environment (space instead of Tamriel).

I don’t expect game developers to be 100% original, I’m not saying they need to reinvent the wheel, but it’s pretty obvious to me when they’re just looking at other popular games on the market and rehashing their gameplay, like Bethesda trying to make Halo + No Man’s Sky + Fallout 4 “but in space, with 4k graphics dude!” That’s just not interesting to me.

In more incredibly infuriating news, the EPA has classified Berkey water filters as a pesticide.

A water filter. Classified as a pesticide. Not a typo.

The reasoning is that SILVER is used in the filtration process. It's just a made up reason, of course. The silver doesn't leach into the water at all, and it's to PREVENT bacterial growth.

And because Berkey doesn’t have a license to sell pesticides, they can no longer sell their filters. Even if they could, they would have to put a pesticide warning on the filters. No surprise the EPA would go after one of the few companies working, without electricity or chemicals, to actually remove toxins from our food and water supply, a company that is actually doing the job the EPA should be doing.

The EPA is another criminal organization like the ATF that's used to go after decent Americans and destroy their lives and livelihoods. Read the whole article it's as ridiculous as it sounds:

When women like this are in charge you get a nanny state that curtails your rights. I doubt she's suspending the "human rights" of illegals in her state and sending them back, I doubt she's doing much to secure her state's section of the border with Mexico, despite all the cartel activity going on in all states near the southern border. Btw, I tried looking up the suspect involved in the road rage shooting that inspired this femoid-dictator to suspend people's 2A rights, and I can't find a face or a name, so we all know what that means: the shooter was most likely non-White. Albuquerque New Mexico is also majority non-White, it's largest racial demographic is Hispanic, so the shooter was most likely a Mexican.
