Many people ask about Arlecchino energy cost, it is still 60 and 3 is 300% param which you can find in CN

By the way, In 4.5.52 Arlecchino Q changed as to remove bond of life and blood debt, and it causes huge problems especially in cycle, like she cannot use nuke cycle anymore
So actually it is a nerf, especially in speedrun or mobs that have short dps time (like sandworm)

I hope it fixed in v4 😭
