So, I now own a zip bomb, but somethings different.

It says it's only 253kb, but opening it will kill even the world's strongest computer faster than you can blink. Anyway it's 11 million yottabytes. Pretty cool huh. It took around an hour to make. Also I don't know if it even works, since some of the files are named differently. It's base though is an 11mb text file. Also don't know how to link this, can anyone help?

Hash tools,

Aren't there tools that say, analyze a hash to tell what type of encryption is used before actually cracking them?

Bit of a learning journey here and I'm sure very elementary, but say I have my pcap, what do you guys use to get the hash, before hashcat or rainbow? And hiw do you analyze it?
