Legitimate Android Unlocking Software

I have a locked LG Q6 I put in a drawer for a couple years and finally went to start it up and get my baby pictures. It has secure start-up and I am running out of attempts to remember my password.

Is there any legitimate software that can exploit the fact that it is an older phone with older OS and retrieve all my data? All the tools I’ve seen so far are questionable and I was wondering if any of you have had any luck with any tools out there. I really appreciate any help you can offer. Thank you.

Spectrum Default Router Wordlist 2023

I created a wordlist to crack default passwords on Spectrum routers. Spectrum router default passwords are in the following format: adjective+noun+3digits. (ex: mellowlemon164). This word list combines thousands of adjectives with thousands of nouns for a total of 11,215,122 combined words. With hashcat you can add in every combination of 3 digits after each combined word with ?d?d?d. Using ?d?d?d for the number combo after each word in the wordlist adds up to 11,215,122,000 passwords to try.

I've uploaded the file here: https://github.com/Nova-Sec/SpectrumSniper

The final hashcat command would look something like this:

hashcat -m 22000 -a 6 wifihash.txt SpectrumSniper.txt ?d?d?d

Using a single Nvidia K80 GPU this will crack a password in 1 day 11 hours. There are many cloud platforms such as Google Cloud, AWS, and Linode in which you can use up to 4 GPU's at once. This will significantly decrease the time.

(Please add in any comments or suggestions!)

Does Zphisher consume a lot of data when monitoring?

I'm on Kali 2023 on VMWare.

So I was trying out Zphisher to see how it works. I phished myself (Facebook) and it worked perfectly. Then I forgot to close ZPhisher, so it was continuing to run in the background while I did some other work. Only after like 3 hours that I noticed that Zphisher is still running. And when I checked my data usage, something has drained like 2GBs of data. Does Zphisher drain that much of data when it's running/monitoring?

Thanks.

How to make ZPhisher links work on Windows?

Running Kali 2023 on VMWare.

I'm trying Zphisher on Kali and it works fine when I goto the phishing link it provides, and insert some login info, within Kali. But when I try to use the same link on a Windows browser, the link doesn't load. Is there a way to open ZPhisher links (created on Kali) on a Windows browser?

VFD wifi back door

Im not a havker at all tho ive always had an interest in it. Im actually an electrician and cnc technician. Something i noticed in my 18 years is i think potentially scary as hell. I have done a lot of work in waste water treatment facilities which are more and more becoming automated and remote operable. That isnt necessarily the issue i found what the issue is is that every single VFD in these places has wifi capabilities and ive never found one where it had been disabled or had the factory password changed. Like i said im no expert on the matter but it seems to me that someone in close proximity could use this as a back door to the entire operation and even if thatvwerentvthe case you could still effect individual VFDs and create a cascade effect which would shit the operation down. Not a good thing. Am i wrong in thinking thatvthis is the case? It just seems like a rather large oversight in a very critical part of our infrastructure here in the usa.

If youre unaware a VFD is a variable frequency drive. They are used for controlling electric motors. One could very easily destroy a motor by changing one of more key parameters.

Not sure if this is the place to ask this question but it seems like the sort of thing a white hat would be interested in.
