What would you pay for cyber security career assistance?

Hey everyone, For some background info I work as a Cybersecurity Consultant and work in almost every sector of cyber such as Cyber Incident and Response, Audit and Controls, Penetration Testing, Azure cloud security, Purple Teaming, Malware development and cyber attack automation. I would like to try teaching individuals how to decide what sector of cyber to break into, develop skills in said sector, and ultimately create a new wave of cyber professionals. My question is what would you guys be willing to pay for this kind of service and what would you expect? What would influence you and motivate you to take my content as opposed to staying safe and just learning from a college course or other similar examples?
