Uncomfortable sound coming through headphones?

I recently lost contact with a group of hackers and since then I’ve been dealing with audio issues in my headphones and a high pitched sound in my bedroom, as well as other issues with home invasion. There is an added annoying sound (A hiss? Air? I don’t know how to describe it, it’s just uncomfortable.) when I use headphones through my PS4.

I do not have tinnitus.

If I had to describe how the non-headphone noise sounds, it’s so high or something that it almost feels like my ear is about to tingle and I hate it.

I can’t get a microphone (to record the frequency) or bug detection currently, but until then is there anything I can do to alleviate it?
