How compromised am I?

I'm sorry to have to ask this question here as I don't know where else to ask. So there's this dude extorting me and he manage to know my full name, where i go to college, and my sisters name just from messaging him on whatsapp (IOS). Some measures that i take is I deleted my whatsapp acc, pulled out my sim card and destroyed it, switch phone, and got a new card. I don't know this person, and this extortion is the only interaction i have with him. I still keep the phone tho. How compromised am i?

Does any body have this code?

I'm lookin to make a hc-05 spp chip into a device to record data from serial connection? I think programed in C or assembly?

Im looking to see how easy it is to build program and deploy a CC skimmer in a gas pump.

Skimmers been showing up a lot and ive been hired to make and deploy a cc skimmer in an offline pump.

Security researching and shit,

I don't know much c or assembly or hardware things really, ice just been hired to see how easy it is to pull off

My connection to Wi-Fi keeps going on and off

I think somebody is trying to hack into my Wi-Fi and I just wanna know if the connection going on and off is possibly a sign? The Wi-Fi doesn't turn off. But I can see it getting scanned in my network. Just my device(s) connection to it goes on and off. Thanks in advance!
