Does this game hack appear infected?

Free Automated Malware Analysis Service - powered by Falcon Sandbox - Viewing online file analysis results for 'Unlockall.dll' (hybrid-analysis.com)

I see that it executes regsvr32 as well as access multiple system files. However in my opinion this makes sense because it is a game hack and has to bypass VAC (Valve Anti-Cheat) and hook into the game. But I've never seen any other hack execute regsvr32 which is quite weird. If someone could please look at the sample above and see what they think I would appreciate it. It's a DLL file which hooks into iw4mp.exe (Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2).

trouble using thc hydra with cygwin on windows 10

so i downloaded latest version of hydra from thc.org and cygwin from their site (also latest version) and set cygwin up and used: cd “[the path]” then that but worked fine but as soon as i put in ./configure it kinda broke i think because after it i tried “make” and “make install” like i was supposed to and i got error code 127 and i couldn’t find anything on that so if anyone could help me i would appreciate that as i’m a bit new to this and the instructions i managed to find weren’t very descriptive to someone like me
