A file with millions of peoples passwords, should i be concerned?

ima warn you now, i don't know ANYTHING about deep or dark web, and i will not be publicly posting any links, files, or direct info just for others safety.

im not worried out fbi knocking my door or some shit like that, just the fact this looks like fresh information and that so many people would be at risk.

So me and my friends where just casually hanging out on discord, when i accidentally spammed my keyboard into the search bar, when a anon file link came up. I opened up my emulator and put it in, for it to lead me to downloading a txt file with over 1.2 million lines of usernames, passwords, and emails.

almost all of the emails where able to be emailed (aka active), and some accounts could be logged into, but not all. When scrolling through they all seemed human-like accounts, all with personal-related passwords and usernames. Most of the txt file is from the uk, as it seems.i did not harm any of the account or leak any of it to anyone else. My friend said if it was previously leaked then the accounts would have not been able to log into or active, But is this something i should be, idk, concerned about? like i should report it or somthin, idk im pretty dumb.
