Intercepting HTTPS calls on mobile apps.

When when trying to reverse engineer, mobile apps, APIs install postman or some other proxy’s certificate on to the device and monitor all traffic. This works for any request made on the browser as well as most apps. However, they are some like Instagram or Reddit that do not load at all. Do they have internal validation for those certificates or am I doing something wrong and can it be bypassed?

I recently got my items stolen

a bot sent a trade offer to my steam account while I wasn't online. for some reason my account accepted the offer and my account got keys, and then my account sent the offer to some guy. I have the dude's profile, now how do I find his ip address and get internet access banned in his area?

modded mobile game

Im not sure if its the right sub to ask but, im looking for a modded version of a mobile game and cant seem to find it and im not even sure if it is possible to play modded mobile game since they are mostly all p2w on servers nowaday

The specific game is everwing but any mobile game would do i been playing raid shadow legend for many years now and i just want a game where i can progress faster and bypass the rng/time gate side of it.

Let me know if any of this is possible on mobile
