Disruptive neighbor halp.

I work 15 hours a day and typically don't get home till around 2 a.m. my 65 year old neighbor downstairs likes to blast her t.v as early as 4 am some days. She's knows that I've get home late and I've asked her if she could keep it down on multiple occasions. I'm fed up with her shit I want to ddos her with low orbit ion cannon. Can I use a VPN to mask myself or do I need to also spoof my Mac?
