Editing the UID of an arcade card

As the title states I have an Arcade card that seems to be pretty easily editable.

When read this is the 15 sectors I get from it. Sector zero line one containing the UID information. It lets me edit this value no problem, and I guess my next step would be decoding (if even necessary) that info, and trying new UIDs till one shows up with a different value of credits on the card.

This would be for education only, the card is for an arcade that was shutdown and I purchased some of it's leftover rfid readers and cards, I've already attempted the contact the manufacturer and they told me without purchasing their machines first they would not be willing to share their software. At first I didn't mind but after seeing the price of the machines I made it a personal conquest to do it without their help.

Here is the RFiD dump

Best proxy service with unlimited bandwidth and a high session count?

Hey all I've been looking to upgrade to more secure and anonymous proxies but the options out there are so expensive. I'm looking to run around 500 actions/hour sending text files and it tends to eat up data quickly. Any recommendations on good services out there at a reasonable price that meet the aforementioned criteria?

Course request

Hey all. I'm soc analyst with 1.8 years of experience and I kinda struggling to move forward to next job. I don't know what I want to do and in my current job they don't have other roles then soc tier 1 and 2. I tried to get interviews but I understand that the level of my soc near others was pretty lower. I'm looking for online/on prem course that can give me more careers to try to. I don't have any certs only the main course I did of 600hrs that got me this job. Thanks
