hacking: security in practice
Hacking courses openly available to everyone, your thoughts?
The internet is a sea of ressources and learning material about anything you can imagine, nowadays, it became so easy to learn anything you can anything just by typing what you're interested in on Google or YouTube compared to the old days before the internet when the only logical routes available were books, mentors or formal training at a school or university.
As a web developer, i was interested about digging deeper into web security, learning how to scan web apps for different vulnerabilities and the various ways to attack these vulnerabilities so i can get better at securing the future web apps that i create as well as for my interest about getting into bug bounties once i'm good enough.
While i was learning, i was astonished by the amount of detailed free learning material available on platforms like Port Swigger web academy, YouTube channels like David Bombal's and others, and i had a question pop into my mind that i wanted to ask the community their opinions about, what if all that free available knowledge fell into the wrong hands? one thing is for sure is that there will be a lot of people who will be using these ressources to learn things that they will use for malicious purposes once they get good at it, or people who will be blindly copying and pasting stuff just for the purposes of hacking something without even interest in learning how everything works. This is kinda similar to those tutorials about how to use firearms on YouTube, some people will learn how to properly use a gun for more security when firing it in places like a shooting range or for self-defence purposes, others may potentially use that knowledge to commit crimes using a firearm.
I am personally all for free and open knowledge to everyone, but what do you think about hacking courses and tutorials openly available to everyone no matter their intentions?

Bayanay – Python Wardriving Tool
Bayanay is a Python Wardriving tool. WarDriving is the act of navigating, on foot or by car, to discover wireless networks in the surrounding area.
Features
Wardriving is done by combining the SSID information obtained with scapy using the HTML5 geolocation feature.
Usage
I cannot be held responsible for the malicious use of the vehicle.
ssidBul.py has been tested via TP-LINK TL WN722N.
Selenium 3.11.0 and Firefox 59.0.2 are used for location.py. Firefox geckodriver is located in the directory where the codes are.
SSID and MAC names and location information were created and changed in the test environment.
ssidBul.py and location.py must be run concurrently.
ssidBul.py result:
