Spoofing caller id, able to call normal phones

Hello since my last post was quite bad i will try explaining better.

I am looking for a way to fake my caller id and be able to call anybody and not just within my network.

The most i found is i need to be connected with with a sip trunker service but my idea is to be independent

Or is there an easier way than making a whole infrastructure with server and so fourth. That ive not thought of
