Am I being Targeted?

Brace yourselves for a long wall of text.
I'll just state this in advance, I don't reuse any passwords. I have a different randomly generated 12-15 character long password for EVERY single thing. I keep all this written on a notepad IRL which is locked in my drawer or carried by me at all times.

About 4 months ago is when this madness begins. I have 4 different accounts on Genshin Impact that I play on. The two most valuable ones were hacked and sold on some Russian website. Then a few weeks later my Facebook gets hacked by someone in Indonesia who posted child porn on it so my account got suspended permanently. Another month goes by, then my discord account gets randomly suspended. (Some bots I had authorized on the acc added me to multiple servers at an inhuman speed which caused them to think I was spamming and banned my account permanently).

I have since made new Genshin, Facebook, and discord accounts and nothing suspicious has happened to them since. I've added 2FA to all. Just to be safe I did a full factory reset on my PC and cleanly wiped both my SSDs. Now about a month ago I log in to my Twitter and I see I've posted some random nonsense about crypto with obvious phishing links. (This Twitter acc has 2FA and i got no notifications). This never happened again.

Recently in the last 2 weeks, I got an email from Spotify about the unusual activity so I quickly changed the password and put 2FA on it. When I logged into Spotify there was no unusual activity that I noticed, no music been played or searched other than what I do. Then I get an email from Reddit saying there's unusual activity and they've locked the acc. I recovered it, changed the pass, and put 2FA. Once I got the account back there were no posts or comments that I don't recognize. However, my other reddit acc had the same issue but I saw it commented some random onlyfans acc. I changed pass and put 2FA there as well. Both accounts have had no issues since.

Just yesterday I get an email about unusual activity on my amazon account. So I do the same as always, I changed the password and put 2FA. Since I can see login activity on amazon I checked to see and there was nothing out of the ordinary there. Today I get an email from PayPal about unusual activity saying they locked the acc. So I do the same thing, change pass and put 2FA on it. I checked for any payments but there's nothing at all.

Finally to my conclusion. Thank you for taking the time to read this entire mess. I have some very valuable league accounts and bank accounts that I use on my PC all the time as well. But I have not had a single issue or email received regarding those. Am I being targeted? Or are these all isolated incidents that I'm overthinking?

People using my email to sign up for gambling sites without the password.

They must not have the password because these sites keep resending the confirmation emails, and I get signed up for all of their spam crap. I never click any of the links. Why would they even do that? I don't understand this tactic. Anyone know their angle?
