How to get better at CTFs?
Hey I'm a pretty new beginner and I've been struggling with CTFs. I find them really fun when I know what I'm doing . I have started with PicoCTF and got through about 4 different challenges but I'm stumped on the ones after. I feel like sometimes I just don't know what to do with the hints at all. I'll take a glance at a write up sometimes but it makes me feel bad because I didn't figure it out myself. Any tips? I haven't tried any in Tryhackme or Hackthebox yet because I'm not sure if I'm ready. Also as far as I know , Tryhackme doesn't seem to have a way to participate without using their in-web VM?? Might be wrong about that , but I'd prefer to use my own.
Thanks for advice in advance!!

NFC/rfid
I have always been intrigued by NFC and RFID. I was wondering what a good card reader/writer for PC would be. I have found the standalone devices that work, but I'm looking for something that would be a little more versatile. To summarize, I'm looking for a decent reader/writer. Any good suggestions would be appreciated!
