Creating a LAN phish

This is not for illegal reasons, this is purely for educational and testing reasons.

Is it possible to create a phising website replica of a real website, but such that everyone connecting to the same wifi will have this new replica instead of the original?

I've heard of this being possible, but do you need to create a custom wifi hotspot so they connect for it to work? I think the steps would be as that: 1- Create replica with SEToolkit, for example 2- Create a wifi hotspot 3- Replace the real website with its replica 4- When someone falls on the website, they write their informations, which is shown on SEToolkit

I do not see how it's possible to do 2- and 3- in this list. Is anyone here knowledgeable in this field?
