bruteforcing physical safe

hi there,

we have a heavy physical safe which we would like to open..

Unfortunately nobody knows the 6 digit key.

Are there any examples to brute force these kind of vaults?

for ex. Connect it to a pc and brute force it? I have wordlist with all the possible 6 digit combinations and would like to learn how to setup this on my own.

Doing it manually is not an option because after two attempts there will be a delay of 2 hours, pulling in and out the battery doesn't reset this unfortunately.

Printing locked pdf files

So I have a number of pdf files that are ‘locked’/password protected. I’ve used pdf unlocking apps in the past which seem to open and print the pdf to a new pdf that doesn’t have protection.
This batch of files are different though. I can open them/view them in a pdf reader but any unlock app doesn’t ‘see’ them (I’ve tried several). I can’t drag the file to the unlock app and when I try to search it using the file explorer pop up it doesn’t list the pdf files which i know are in the directory.

I’m able to view a single locked file (as mentioned) and print it to a new pdf but I’ve got quite a few …

ideas? Is there an attribute or something I’m missing that can be changed?
