An iOS devs safety

I want to understand what damage can be done with the developers data from an xcode project. Let’s say someone gets ahold of my iOS project (Xcode) this has my name, API keys, and and project name. What damage could be done if this info got into the wrong hands? Project uses Firebase as well. Also a GitHub account and possible LinkedIn account. (These typically have the same info).

Can temp-mails be reused?

I remember in like 4th grade, i made a shitty arg facebook account, just to fuck with my friends, i used a temp mail (i think) from temp-mail .org and somehow at 3am (6 years later btw) it messaged me with just a literal thumbs up.

I don't know how this could happen, i dont even remember the password to the account, infact it says "This person is unavailable on messenger"

So can temp mails be reused? Was it hacked or was this just a facebook employee? Please help.

Pentesting on MacBook Pro M1?
https://www.reddit.com/r/Pentesting/comments/x13n3c/pentesting_on_macbook_pro_m1/

I'm up for a laptop renewal within my company and they sent me the latest MacBook pro. However, only now I realized that the M1 chip only supports ARM (unlike Intel chipset) and I hear people having trouble running windows and Kali virtualization on the Mac using parallels and VMware Fusion. I do all types of testing (internal, web, cloud, mobile, wireless, etc) and primarily use windows commando and Kali VMs for testing. Wondering from anyone going through the same thing as me on how practical it is on the M1 MacBook and do you have trouble running the tools or should I consider returning it and requesting my company to send a Dell windows laptop instead? Thanks. submitted by /u/Pixarnian (https://www.reddit.com/user/Pixarnian)

Man in the middle attacks today?

Due to TLS/SSL being everywhere, does becoming the man in the middle on a LAN through ARP spoofing achieve anything in this modern era? Is any of the internet traffic these days unencrypted? What else can a MiTm hacker gain/damage in this position?
