New beginnings

Well I’m new to the group, I recently got attacked by a ransomware and self teaching myself how to remove the virus even though I haven’t recovered my encrypted files yet I was fascinated on how the process was to remove the virus without using any malware protection. I’m in this group to learn more about how you guys work but also wanted to ask, for me to learn the basics of hacking, coding or it’s protocol where is a good place to start, whether it’s buying books to read up on or any beginner courses I can search up, what are some good tips to begin.
