Over the course of the past four months
I've single handedly learned Linux, Networking, surveillance, how to read hex, how to directly edit memory edit my own Grub config files, how to harden a kernel, how to sandbox, and most importantly, fight back. Much rather die fighting than on my knees.
Persistence goes both ways.
yes it was a rootkit
yes they were in the GPU's
And fuck all the gaslighters who literally at every turn told me to "seek professional help" literally every single post i made on the internet and mostly here on Reddit was met with people trying to convince me what was happening, wasn't, instead of helping.
Five API's in memory, Lockbit ransomware, Trojan's, Worms, all just first detected around my first post asking for help.
I have all of this documented. Terabytes worth of data, shittily filmed videos, and now thousands of files uploaded to Hybrid-analysis, virus total, and so on. Netting multiple signed, legitimate files with hashes never before seen.
Feels good man.

What are your favorite OS to operate on and which would you consider to be the most user-friendly?
Hello everyone, I wasn’t sure what topic to post this under, but since my goal is to operate anonymously and safely on all areas of the internet and continue my training in Coding/Programming/ethical Hacking, as I’ve only been training for past 3 months, I was wondering what OS/Programs do you all like the most.
I was using Tails,QEMU,tor, and qtox, but today my Tails Tor Bridge will not connect for some reason, I’ve tried everything and I’m kinda over tails lol.
Since I’ve started my studies in ethical hacking I’ve been thinking of making the switch to using Kali Linux with all their great tools, a friend recommended using Kali and whonix instead of tails.
I was just wondering what do you all like to use and what do you recommend as a starter package you can say. Also, I want to experiment with Spam/Malware Repos from Github, would I have to install say VS code or a VM on these OS or do I install them on my main OS host?
Please forgive me if my understanding or my language is incorrect I am still learning or if maybe I posted this in the wrong Sub, can you please point me to the right direction, sorry if I seem all over the place, thank you and have a nice day!
