Payload scanner site that does not submit to AV Companies

Hi guys,

I am trying to remember the name of a site that re-written payloads could be uploaded to and be run against known AV signatures, but not have the signature of that payload SUBMITTED to those AV companies. I want to get back into ghostwriting but I just don't remember the site you could test payloads against.

I don't want to spend all that time in assembly and DefenderCheck and have the binary get flagged not being careful where it was submitted for testing.

My hard drive is denied admin priveleges and I can’t reset my pc install apps or even open task manager. How do I remove the os and wipe the hard drive do I get a new hard drive?

How do I get permissions back if I can’t open up cmd task manager or anything at all I can’t even change the owner it just freezes doesn’t even ask for admin privileges.

In image, almost every line ends in two lines. The terminal in the snapshot is qterminal. if i use normal terminal than in that case zooming out shows the text in multiple lines in a single line but this is not the case with qterminal. Any solutions???
