Query

Hi r/hacking

My PC (windows 11) been asking strange recently, explorer keeps crashing. Anyway I opened up task manager today and pre-populated in the task manager was the command "netplwiz". I have never used this command and I am kind of worried that explorer crashing and this are now linked?

Is it normal to have "netplwiz" pre-populated if I have never used this command before? I am worried someone has been remote accessing my machine now.

Thanks for any advice in advance.

Dog's Home Again Chip

So I recently rescued a dog who's owner has passed away. The dog has a microchip from Home Again. I've called and asked to register it in my name but without the info from the original account I was told there was nothing I can do but have the chip removed and have the vet place a new one. My question is because it's an RFID chip and I purchased a unregistered chip kit from Home Again. Could I program that new number on my dogs old chip, or is the data protected? If I can what RFID reader/writer would you suggest I use?

Project : Windows offensive programming cheatsheet
https://www.reddit.com/r/Pentesting/comments/vz4kva/project_windows_offensive_programming_cheatsheet/

<!-- SC_OFF -->Hi :) I recently created a cheatsheet on offensive development under Windows : it includes Win32 (the most) and some kernel programming (drivers) basics. This project is designed for pentesters and malware dev who want to increase their knowledge in this area. The cheatsheet is still growing day after day to add some new content, like well-knowned malware techniques. Don't hesitate to give your feedback : https://github.com/matthieu-hackwitharts/Win32_Offensive_Cheatsheet <!-- SC_ON --> submitted by /u/UVision23 (https://www.reddit.com/user/UVision23)
