web scrapping is it possible?

Is it possible to scrap images from websites which are indented into a different class?

sorry for the dumb question IG! I am new to programming and hacking, just trying to build up my programming skills.

Is there a way to remotely use a computer while someone uses it at their desk?

I want to share my computer with my bedroom laptp. Is there any way to do so while another person uses it normally?
I'm considering using Virtual machine software, but I don't think I can get games to run that way....

a friend of mine got some leaked databases and wants to sell them on the deep web

so, a friend of mine got some leaked databases and wants to sell it on the deepweb, this includes the 533m facebook leak, millions of leaks from Tumblr, Twitter, Instagram, Gmail, myspace, Brazzers, Chegg, a compilation with 700mil+ emails and password and another with around 593GB + of data, also 300mil+ pwned passwords and rockyou2021 ( not a hack but a compilation of most common passwords around 8 billion which makes brute-forcing easy )

he has a few questions

1- is it illegal? he read that it's legal to use for research purposes but its ILLEGAL to hack companies he just found already hacked databases and downloaded and saved them

2- how can he stay untraceable while doing it if it's illegal? should he use mo -nero?

3- how does he git paid? how can he set up a payment method, again mo -nero?

How are reverse listeners established? What are their protocols and how do they work?

Let me preface this post by saying I am in no way a noob to hacking, I do have a degree in Cyber Security and Network System and I've tinkered around with exploiting known CVE's since I was sixteen. That being said, I also used to have a pretty heavy prior interest in programming (scripting really), and I have been picking it up again since I've realized there is a lot of things I can automate at my job with conditional logic.

Moving on toward my actual question. How do reverse listeners (like meterpreter) work? How do they establish a shell connection with the malicious host? Assuming I was able to trick the user into opening an application with escalated privileges, how would that shell begin to be established? What type of shell is actually established with the malicious host? Powershell? SSH? Telnet? What is the actual process being configured, and what is the protocol being used?

Thank you!

Will Rust end 80% of RCE exploits?

Most RCEs are from memory errors. Others are from poorly written code, often in web applications. What is your opinion, how Rust will impact exploit industry?
