Linux on pc

You know how Linux is better optimized for hacking to stay anonymous. If your on windows is there a way to get Linux on pc and be able to have that same optimization, so hacking on windows is safe but your hacking on Linux.

Wireless Payment

Hello all, I am trying to find ways to pay wirelessly when on the go or more importantly in the water. Yeah so I'm talking about going on vacation being in a resort when it's all inclusive is easy with a waterproof bracelet, but what if it's not all inclusive bringing a card means I need pockets at all times. Is there a way to pay through accessories on the body like chains or rings? Would love it if they are waterproof too. Any suggestions? Maybe something with NFC? Also I don't really wanna get permanent implants or anything invasive like that.
