Was I hacked?

Hi everyone, for the past 4 weeks my internet has been acting up... the people in my house left for holidays so I was alone here for 2 weeks... a few days after they left... I started getting odd internet connection. It would turn on and off by itself... one time my computer just crashed and the blue screen saying that it crashed had a glitch on it.... when they came back from holidays a family member that is good with computers had a look into it... he said the router password had been changed that they even had access to a security camera... at first we didn't put any blames on anyone ... but as time went on we noticed that it was my devices that were causing this... we checked and there are no viruses but it still occurs...

I wanna clear out that one things I do is that I run a website about research ... I started researching intelligence agencies FOIA documents about a year ago... and from the timing I'm not sure if it has anything to do with that... I remember once when all was fine for 3 days the wifi shut down when I exactly opened one of those files ... and then after we encrypted everything on the router after a week we started getting the first same symptoms.... the internet speed runs fine... but something blocks my devices access to the internet .... do you guys have any clues? Because it's been 4 weeks now ... and there are no threats no asking for money ... nothing just something that seems to lurk at our internet activity...

Could someone explain to me the function of these nodes? Only appears when using anonsurf on parrot, regardless of wifi card switched on/off. Gateways/entry nodes to connect to the tor servers i'm assuming? Seems a little sus right now cuz naivity, haven't been using for opsec purposes

How to create a botnet?

uhhhhm Im not actually trying to create a botnet, relax FBI.
What Im actually interested in doing is connecting all my friend's computers into a network which will share computing resources between each other, kind of like private cloud computing but this sounds awful a lot like botnet so, does anyone have any ideas?
