Is there a way to retrieve my own deleted WhatsApp account’s backup record?

So…I’m a bit lost here since it might not be directly related to hacking but I need my data back (years of audios including my dead mom’s). My account got deleted, I had auto-backup on (icloud) but it would not recognise my newly registered account as the old one.

I google but only found some commercial solution for andriod…
