How do i know if my pc has been hacked?

My camera led randomly turns on for like a split second then turns off immediately this has happend a couple of times. Also ive had random instances where it seams that an app is being opened (as in im watching youtube and then the top part of the window changes color and the hourglass symbol abears on my cursor, both happen at the same time and happen in like 1 second and then everything is back to normal.

Ive researched on google about this, but i dont know what to do. I havent gotten a ransomwarw whatever that is. And no one has threatened me. Ive scanned my pc 2 times already, my firewall is up.

Any other things i should do to confirm ive been hacked? Because im seriously considering formating my pc

How could I play a sound on my school intercom system.

I wanna hack my schools intercom system so I can play some pranks on the school for the end of the year. I know how to get into the school undetected (don't ask how) so I might be able to put a wireless bluetooth adapter into the system. Would that work or do I need to do something else.
