Anyway to dox someone using only a youtube channel?

There is someone on youtube that knows who I am, but I don't know them. It's creepy, I hate it. Is there anyway to find out their irl name using only their youtube channel? I only want a name, I don't want their address and stuff.

Anyone knows how to bypass websites and all other stuff as my university's wifi has blocked everything, even VPN services, and to put cherry on the top, they also blocked TOR services and TOR browser completely as it just shows Connecting tor relays and never connects..
