hacking: security in practice
What are some common and more uncommon ways you can get doxxed on the internet?
Is no secret that in the last few years, doxxing has become a pretty powerful and dangerous tool, but how does it work exactly?, can someone experienced really get an ip address just by looking really well on a twitter, instagram, facebook, etc, account? I know the more common and preventable ways like an IP grabber, but aside of that, how susceptible is an average person to getting doxxed?

Finishing hacker workshop
Hey everyone, I was doing this nice hacking test from a university (Link: [LINK](opendays.ia.utwente.nl). I solved 6, but not the last one (7).
I just can’t find the answer. The only thing I found was the second line in the website source code. I’m sure the answer is in there but I can’t figure it out.
Any help and/or guidance is much appreciated :) Would love to learn this.

Getting past admin
I am trying to use some computers that I have from an old job. dell monitors. They’re powered via VGA box (I think its called?) and they turn on but then Im stuck at the admin screen. I don’t remember my old credentials & can’t bypass the admin logins. Anyone know how to get past this to be able to use them freely? Thx

had a interesting thought of setting up an Alexa microwave to turn on and cook hard drive to computer automatically under routine.
Don't know if that is possible but was wondering what's good for remote trigger frying for computer desktop hard drive?

I don’t understand the Russian hackers hype
I've always maintained that Russian hackers are good for the same reason that American, Chinese, Israeli, British, Australian, New Zealand, and Canadian hackers are: their nations can afford it and it's a priority for intelligence and defense. I've observed a thriving grey market for hacking services throughout the years, and I still benefit from it.
It's for sale if you can afford it. It's an acquired ability that takes years to master, and the pay isn't all that bad - $50k for a basic job, a little more for a particularly quiet or complex one. Larger governments, such as Russia, China, and the United States, can also afford to employ and train their own hackers.
Russian hackers gained more prominence as a result of the 2016 US presidential election. The geopolitical climate in Russia has also resulted in more prominent use of cyber assaults, such as those against Ukraine. Finally, due to the nature of Russian law enforcement, we tend to see more organized cyber crime from Russia than from America, China, or Western Europe.
