evtx files?

I got a evtx file from a past CTF challenge, under forensics. I used windows file viewer to analyse the file. I see it has headers of elf file. How to convert the file to something I can work with?

Hey dorkers

I have a problem I could use some “legal” help with. I live in Canada and have ordered a Kershaw leek from the us, since it is a (speedsafe) it may be considered an assisted knife. Theres a rumour that when Kershaw made this knife, they had a court battle to prove that it was following Canadian law. Can anyone do some dorking and help me out “legally” please and thanx :)
