How do I create a RAT in python?

I'm fairly new to hacking, so for a quick project I decided to attempt to create a RAT. A friend is helping me to test this, and we are on separate LANs only accessible to each other via the internet. I've looked into port forwarding, VPN tunneling, and a few other methods, but I can't figure out what I should do. Ideally the way this would work would be me running a python file that listens for connections, and him running a different one that connects to mine and lets me remotely run commands on his command prompt. I don't know how to tackle this. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Where to look to find hacked food rewards account

I’m low on money and could use some dominos accounts, Chick-fil-A, or any other accounts that give free food with the rewards points, I just don’t know where to look to find them. If there’s a specific marketplace or forum where this type of thing is popular can someone point me in the right direction.

Teamwork
https://www.reddit.com/r/Pentesting/comments/t2k0h7/teamwork/

Hi all, As an aspiring Pen Tester I wonder could I ask what is the level of Teamwork required while Pen Testing? I realise at the end you'll have to present a report so will have interaction with the client etc but more day to day when you are doing your testing. Is it pretty solitary whilst testing? Not that this is a good or bad thing, just curious. Thanks submitted by /u/Cyb3rC3lt (https://www.reddit.com/user/Cyb3rC3lt)

Are DNS attack on countries really effective ?

I was wondering if in case I get a list of IP addresses of DNS servers from a specific country (a lot) and imagine I attack all DNS servers to turn them off, will the websites from that country be slower for users from that country or will they just switch to foreign DNS and the lag will disappear ?

Hack back legality canada

I saw something short about Bill C-59 which supposedly was supposed to loosen up "hack back" laws in Canada. What ever happened to that? I've read somethings saying it was for CSE (Canada's communications security establishment) and other things saying it was for the basic programmer to legally pwn any attacker.

Is it possible to send message/notification or call nearby phones

As title suggests, I'm wondering if it's possible to somehow interact with nearby phones.

This is what I've researched so far:

* I originally tried to use Bluetooth in order to send a notification to nearby phones. I tried to use a Bluetooth beacon, however, that failed. After researching some more, I realised that Google removed this functionality from phones (unless the user opts-in to the service).
* Next, I looked at IMSI catchers to see if I could either send an SMS or call the phone. However, it seems that the catchers can only get the IMSI and snoop on calls/texts but CANNOT get the phone number.

Currently out of ideas and thinking that this task might be impossible to achieve. Other methods require the user to download software which would work, but I want this to work on anyone's phone.

Thoughts on this? Thanks in advance.

If you have any resources on this, I would greatly appreciate it.
