Laptop Suggestions

I originally was going to purchase, and had a quote from Dell for, a XPS 15 (11th Gen i7-118ooH, 8 cores, 16 threads 4.6 Ghz / Geforec RTX 3050 Ti 4gb 45w / 32 GB 2 x 16 DDR4 / 512 GB M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD ) . Went to buy it and they changed the price and downgrade the specs even though the quote didn't expire. Thanks Dell! So i'm in the market for something with the same specs and a reasonable price tag. Any Help trying to find a comparable machine would be great as hardware is not my main.

I have no idea where to turn to, so I'm turning to the hacking community to see if anyone has any ideas: my mom was sold a display demo unit of Samsung s21 however upon coming to home we realize that it doesnt read any sim cards, is there a way to unlock it or hack it?

Using civilian mobile phones to detect enemy vehicle position

Proposition 1: develop an app that detects via smartphone sensors vibrations of heavy vehicles. When a vibration is detected, camera is activated. Smartphone must be connected to a power supply (e.g. in a house) streaming videos to the military to bombard via indirect fire (missiles, mortars)

Proposition 2: use smartphones as surveillance cameras placed in windows of houses, use AI directly to identify potential military vehicles, send gps data to military

Proposition 3: detect rocket artillery positions by combining position data from multiple smartphones when rocket flies over their positions (temporary correlation of sound profiles)

Thoughts? Anyone willing for a github project?
