Insta account just got taken over, any advice?

So my insta account just got taken over. The email has been changed. The phone number has been changed. 2FA has been activated.

Am I right in thinking that it’s lost and unrecoverable? All I have is their ‘supposed’ phone number. I’m not 100% it even is their real one.

Any advice, or is it just a fuck sake, and move on kinda deal?

Thinkpad E18 Gen 2 bios password

Hey Fellas,

I recently bought a used Thinkpad laptop and tried to install linux via USB but found the bios password was set. Tried contacting the seller if they knew but they denied it entirely. Really kinda just stuck with a dead hunk of metal, really my only recourse as far as I know is to strip it and sell the parts. But I saw some videos about shorting some chips on old thinkpads to bypass password entry into the bios. I would assume this doesn't apply to new models since those techniques are already known. Does anyone know how to bypass bios passwords? I already asked lenovo but they said it needs the whole motherboard replaced but the basic warrenty doesn't cover that. Any recommendations are welcome.
