2022 Windows 10 - Local Admin Reset

What's everyone's procedure to reset a Windows 10 local admin account?

I used to use the utilman workaround, but that doesn't seem to work in 2022 for Windows

I've come across the following I was going to try.

1) PassFab - https://www.passfab.com/products/windows-password-recovery.html

2) Trinity - https://trinityhome.org/

3) Hiren's Boot CD

Have these worked for anyone or is there a more preferred method in 2022.
