"we do not recognize username and password" on & off VPN logging into vendor

I have an account with a vendor in the US, and usually log in with no issues; but some times, and very regularly this weekend I keep getting ""we do not recognize username and password". I have followed some online tips (Win10) i.e. clean cookies etc.

I have to reset PWs; & it allows me to reset it to my current PW. I do my thing... A few hours later , go log in again, same fkn message. All weekend they've given me issues with VPN, so been logging in straight through my a different WIFI in the morning & my wifi in the evening, and now the same message again with no vpn again

Any idea how to circumvent this? I am trying to reconcile my purchases against my inventory and it's a mess. I have way to many accounts / credit cards tied up to just walk away.

I have socks5 in the backburner , not sure if I need to move that up the list to resolve this.

Any suggestions?

Hey guys, I am a recent college grad with a comp sci degree, as I've been searching for a job(unlucky so far) I decided to dip my toes into freelancing which was basically just making websites for people just to survive lol but the one thing I realized in this time is I do not want to be a software engineer or a UI/UX developer its just well boring to me. Ive always been interested in the security side and have been slowly learning as much as I can, but I really want to learn Pen Testing and writing actual scripts. I just don't even know where to begin honestly and feel pretty overwhelmed with trying to learn and keep well failing at it.
