How to detect hackers (android, Windows etc)
Hi REQUESTING ADVICE, THANKS Despite device, password, email changes, resets updates, antiviruses, multi factor authentication, careful of links, apps, etc and geographically moving, social discernment, some pesky lowlifes seem to keep gaining access to accounts (Gmail, Whatsapp etc). For a regular person, how can I discern and prevent this happening ? (Some people have no life and apparently mine is a lot more interesting than theirs, poor sad losers). I know due to late night email notification that i had changed account settings ( later deleted) images added to my notes, and other changes I did not make... Appreciate tips to stay safe and keep annoying pests at bay EDIT: i won't rule out accidentally clicking on a link at some point, may have let them in somehow. Is just so frustrating to have "people " who feel entitled to wandering in my personal space without invitation, despite clear boundaries set in the past, these leeches keep coming back (WTH?) Thanks

What am i doing wrong?
I'm learning hacking basics, started with pushing, had to test like 4 told until i found one that works (zphisher). Then went for bruteforce, tried hydra and hashcat but couldn't find good tutorials for them so i decided I'll delay it and just test "fatigram", doesn't work. Yesterday i got into keyboard loggers. İ wanted to use the tool beelogger, but this one too didn't work. İ don't like just studying theory, i want to apply what I'm studying and if most tools don't work then there's something wrong.
Btw an attempt to get beelogger to work was downloading python 2.7 and using it, that didn't work either

Which programming languages file types don't get instantly smart screened by Windows defender (.py, .jar, etc.)
Because windows defender instantly stops some apps from running instantly from download ( like when you download a little known .exe) l, which file types would it not be able to scan.
Thanks in advance

Mod-X
Hello all,
Some years ago (approx 2000 - 2008) there was an online hacking game called Mod-X, run by a guy called "Wang". I wonder if any of you remember this?
Anyway, it was a partially web based hacking game with 9 or 10 extremely challenging levels. Each level there was something new and even to register on the site there was a challenge. Some of the levels I remember where Caesar Shift, modifying Java to extract headers, reverse engineering a program, recoding some Haskell(I think), trying to get sudo privileges on a dummy server.
The site has been dead for several years now. Does anybody know of an alternative site similar to this one?
Thanks

Does anyone knows a SSLSTRIP solution working in 2021?
Hi everyone,
I tried to use sslstrip, sslstrip2, and bettercap but none of these seem to work. I know it's not supposed to work with hsts but doesn't work even with normal https. Bettercap 2.32 +BEef I wasn't able to make it work. I had to downgrade to Bettercap 2.28 to at least make it work with HTTP and even then it only works with Firefox, I'm trying to make the inject script work with Chrome. Does anyone know a solution that works right now?
Note: I have my browsers (Firefox, Chrome) up to date.
Thanks in advance!

Hacking Smart Devices for Educational Purposes
Hi I’m looking to create a project for college that focuses on smart devices & how they can be hacked as well as how to prevent future hacks to these devices. I’m basically brand new to hacking so if anyone has any good tips or resources they would be very much appreciated. Again this is for educational purposes only and the smart devices I would be hacking belong to me. Thanks in advance !
