Port 179 on android devices

Hi,

Recently I found a bunch (found on my smartphone using mobile network, then did a scan on the range) of android devices with port 179 open. It's highly unlikely to be related with bgp.

I really don't want to waste time looking in to it (my device isn't rooted), anyone else found a similar port open on their devices, and if so which app is opening it.

There's another possibility, since what I did was an external scan to my IP address, it can be just the network router accepting traffic on behalf of every device.

I am new to all this but have a very basic grasp on it. I am trying to install tails on the computer using linux however going to their site and others to check code sourcing, it won't install.
