hacking: security in practice
VoIP provider Bandwidth.com suffering DDoS attacks for 5+ days. Critical services affected including 911. Almost no media coverage.

This has been ongoing since Saturday, 9/25. The attacks are timed to correspond with busy times for the provider. They start around 9AM and taper off into the evening. At times, 911 service has been unavailable.

It's 5 days in and it isn't a blip on the national media's radar. Tech blogs have picked it up; links below. But that's about it. Bandwidth.com is a publicly traded company. You would think this would have FCC and SEC implications.

CIA Vault 7: Remote Development Branch (RDB)

I found this page when reading about a few hacking techniques and wondering what is Remote Development Branch (RDB) in CIA Vault 7 project?

https://wikileaks.org/ciav7p1/cms/space_753668.html

I've looked around but most of the content regarding the purpose of RDB is blank

https://wikileaks.org/ciav7p1/cms/page_524348.html

Nothing much on google too

I had some success with it but it's asking me to pay and I don't want to if I am able to do it by myself.
